We provide a variety of activities to develop fine motor skills because they help children gain independence and prepare for key life skills - all whilst having fun! Strengthening the small muscles in the hands and fingers enables children to manage everyday tasks such as dressing, using tools, and feeding themselves and of course prepare them for writing!

'We shall remember them....'
Children created a large poster filled with printed poppies which we proudly displayed in the window to show our respect for all the members of the armed forces who fought in the past and those serving now. We ensure we talk to the children in an age appropriate way and help them understand significant events and think about why we see poppies at this time of the year.
