Lunar New Year!

We have been learning all about Lunar New Year, looking at traditions and activities associated with this special festival celebrated world wide. We had a go at writing Chinese numbers, drawing dragons, more mark making with scratch art horses for the year of the horse, making lanterns, filling lucky red envelopes with coins, making delicious pretend noodle dishes in the play kitchen, trying out chopsticks and of course trying some egg fried rice and prawn crackers with our snack.
